The CHALLENGe
Worlds of Fun is an amusement park located in Kansas City, themed around Jules Verne's novel Around the World in 80 Days. Inspired by his memorable visit to Disneyland, founder Lamar Hunt sought to emulate the same experience in his local city. As the years went by and the demand for quality entertainment became more competitive, Worlds of Fun lost its originality on the way.
THE RESULT
The rebrand focuses on creating an experience that resembles more of the original vision from 1983 but in a modern way. Similar to actually traveling to a new and unfamiliar place, Worlds of Fun takes its visitors on their own adventures.
Worlds of Fun is the only amusement park in Kansas City with a story that caters to individuals of all ages, allowing them to escape their everyday lives and find adventure.
